適用於玻璃瓶、塑膠瓶登非金屬容器 , 如ABS、PE (HDPE & LDPE)、PET、PP、PS、PVC 等。
適用各種封蓋 , 如螺旋蓋、防盜蓋等。
適用於填充以下內容物 , 如藥品、食品、飲料、化學品等。
適用的瓶蓋外徑：20 ~ 120 mm.
適用於大多數避免受到污染的物品之封存 , 如藥品、食物、飲料、及石油等化學品 , 除了能有效的保護產品 , 還可以避免翻倒潑灑、擠壓溢出的意外 , 或遭惡意放入其它物品或破壞等企圖。此外 , 電磁感應式封口機有降低成本、減少管理費用等優點。

1. 封口過程快速有效 , 即使瓶口沾有少量油漬、或粉塵也能有效封口。
2. 鋁箔自動偵測與剔除裝置 , 一旦偵測到瓶蓋無鋁箔會自動警告並剔除 , 防止無封口產品流出生產線 。 ( 此項為選配 )

Application for non-metal material glass containers or plastic bottles, such as ABS, HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, PS, PVC etc. Especially applicable for foods, soft drinks, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Features:
- Sealing process is fast and efficient. Even there is little moisture, greasy dirt or powder dirt on the opening of the bottle, it also can seal the opening effectively.
- Aluminum foil automatic detecting facility will send out a warning automatically whenever it detects that there is no aluminum foil in the bottle cap to prevent the unsealed products flowing out the production line.
- It is safe in use. Equipment is loaded with the protection settings for over electric flow, over electric pressure, overload output. Frequency falls in 25-50 KHz and is harmless to human bodies.
- Simple and easy to use. All functions are clearly labeled on the display board, and it is handy to operate.
- Modular component design minimizes the maintenance requirements.
- Easy adjustment by simple button setup or different size of product.

Specifications:
The power supply and sealing coil is mounted to an additional 1.5 meter long conveyor with swivel casters making it a completely stand alone system. Durable conveyor main construction is built by stainless steel with adjustable conveyor rails for different bottle sizes.
