我們提供的板式熱交換器經百年來的累積設計經驗,以逆流式設計,緊湊結構與板片多樣的選擇性,廣泛的運用成為熱交換器系統中的先驅。
特 性:
1.高熱傳導係數可達7000 W/m2K
有效的熱回收率,對部分技術及經濟面的應用更可達 96%。
2.較低的熱損失,因熱交換器構造之外表面曝露僅只有 3%。
3.結構緊湊 (當打開拆卸交換器時無需額外的空間)不會與製程流體混合。
4.邊緣結構強化-最高操作溫度可達 300℃最大操作壓力可達 30 Bar。
5.彈性化設計(可容易地依製程需求調整來增加或減少少板片的數量)
6.低積垢率及低壓力損失。
7.維護簡單及清潔容易(CIP)
8.低購置成本,提供特殊合金材質,如鈦、鈦-鈀、赫斯特合金等

The plate heat exchanger integrates experience
and knowledge accumulated for more than a
century. Incorporating count flow, and having
a compact construction and versatile plate type,
PHE has a variety of applications notably in heat transfer systems.
Features:
1.High heat transfer coefficient, up to7000 W/m2K
Optimized heat recovery, up to 96% achieved,
2.Low heat loss due to only 3% of the heat exchangers area exposed to the outside environment .
