適用於生產各式烘焙類、調理類及魚漿類食品，例如鳳梨酥、大福(麻糬)包餡[冰淇琳、奶油、豆沙餡、軟式餡料均可]、月餅、手工餅乾包餡、鹹甜湯圓、芝麻球、油皮包酥、起酥油皮包餡產品、魚丸等等。除基本外皮包內餡產品外，可生產單外皮雙內餡(三重餡、餡中餡)或是雙外皮單內餡。

Mini Automatic Encrusting Forming Machine
Automatic Encrusting Forming Machine is a high-speed, lightweight, easy-operated, and clean-friendly food encrusting machine. It can be used to produce bakery product like biscuits, snacks, and meat/fish paste filling made food that everyone is familiar with in daily life.
It adopts artificial intelligence interface to control the operation; wrapping the fillings into spherical, rod-shaped and long-shaped products. The operation is simple, and it is also reliable and hygienic.
It is suitable for producing all kinds of baked, prepared and fish paste foods, such as pineapple cakes, Daifuku /mochi- filling with ice cream, bean paste, various soft fillings, moon cakes, and handmade biscuit with fillings, salty/sweet glutinous rice balls, sesame balls, fried dough puff pastry, shortening dough stuffed products, fish balls, etc. In addition to the basic crust-wrapped and stuffed products, it also produces single crust with double/triple stuffing or double crust with single stuffing products.
